How do you recruit and hire your developers?
When we have a vacancy we give circular in linkedIn, Bdjobs and Facebook groups. We request interested applicants to send their CV at email@example.com. Then our project managers and senior developers goes through all the applicants CV thoroughly. The selected candidates are first called for a written interview to test their analytical and problem solving skills. If they score a certain percentage they are asked to attend a final viva test where after negotiation the developers are chosen.
