When the "mob" fills, the advertiser releases all of those aggregated Tweets and Status Updates at once, and the rewards are e-mailed to all participants one hour after the release.

Voila, and we built it for him in a week. And guess what, when he was back from his weeklong trip to China, he found not only the site up, but also most of the content, that we thought out for him.
