Shaer Hassan, CEO He brings a total of 12 years of experience of leading teams in various industries. He worked in Code71 a USA based software compnay. Prior to that he spent five years in various leadership roles in the marketing and advertising such as in Grameenphone – the #1 telecommunication operator in Bangladesh and in Interspeed Advertising, the associate of Ogilvy & Mather. Previously he spent six years in shipping industry of Hong Kong and Singapore based companies. During that time, he had the opportunity to experience various cultures around the world and developed great appreciation for cultural diversity.He did his MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka and MS in Computer Science from American International University, Bangladesh. Fuad Bin Omar, COO Fuad has 6 years of experience in Ruby On Rails, ASP .NET, SQL Server Technologies.Before joining Nascenia, he worked in Code71 for more than 3 years. He was a key-part of Scrumpad, an agile/scrum project management software. Prior to that, he worked on online bill payment and clinic management solution for a US-based company– ePaymentSoft Solutions Inc. He is a contributor to www.codeproject.com focusing on Web Technologies.Fuad holds a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh. Fattahul Alam, CTO Fattah has 6 years of experience in Ruby On Rails and JAVA Technology. Prior to joining Nascenia IT he worked for Code71Team for about 3 years and at United IT Global Net, a Japan-Bangladesh join venture IT company. There, where he worked on an e-learning system. Raihan Mahmud Arman He is a CSE graduate from American International University-Bangladesh. Before joining Nascenia, he worked as IT Manager (Software) at Inno-Stream, where  he worked in ERP & CRM Solutions (OFbiz, vTiger). He also worked as a Software Developer at aceunified Technology, where he worked on several projects on PHP. During his undergrad he researched on Statistical Machine Translation. Chayan Barua Chayan is a business graduate from North South University. Before joining Nascenia, he worked as Program Presenter at Radio Dhaka, an internet radio. He also worked as a Radio Trainee at ABC Radio, an FM radio. During his undergrad, he participated in Youth Awareness Campaign Competition and Promologic, two marketing plan competitions, and stood in top three. He was deeply involved in cultural activities, and won many awards and accolades while he was student.
